Arts practice: capturing, holding and communicating knowledge

The design of the mobile working kit (MWK) reflects not only my knowledge about the landscape around Pott Shrigley, how to move around there, make drawings and installations and navigate its weather and topography. My actions in this environment and the environment’s weather also leave traces like tears, smudges of wet grass and drools of ink (from rain) on the surfaces of the MWK. My knowledge and the processes of the environment get captured in both these ways.
