‘Layering images’ (2015-2016)

From 2011 onwards I had started to produces wall-hung artwork that consisted of layering different kinds of images on top of each other (see ‘2013 Textile threads…). As a natural continuation of this layering process, I started to project digital images onto backgrounds and into spaces. This expanded the layering process to become a multiplicity of moving images in a three-dimensional context, making the image-making process a live performance.
